Supreme Court reserves judgment in Aadhaar case

Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its judgment on a bunch of appeals on the constitutional validity of Aadhaar.

A five judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, reserved its judgement after completion of arguments by both sides.

The apex court heard the case for 38 days.

Many appeals have been filed in the apex court challenging the constitutional validity of Aadhaar.

The four other judges of the bench are Justices AM Khanwilkar, Adarsh Kumar Sikri, DY Chandrachud and Ashok Bhushan.
