On the occasion of the fourth International Yoga Day ,public figures from Bollywood and TV industry on Thursday lauded yoga as a tool to maintain good health .
Supermodel, actor, and fitness promoter Milind Soman shared his picture on Twitter and motivated everyone to be fit.

In a short video clip shared by the official team account of the star on Instagram, actress Kangana Ranaut can be seen performing various asanas including ‘chakrasana’, ‘suryanamaskar’ and ‘adhomukhasvasana’, with ease and perfection.
Actress Disha Patani also too took to Instagram to send out a message to her fans and followers on how yoga can help them free their ‘brain, body and soul’.
