India beats Australia by 36 Runs: By knocking Everyone Out!

The chase was quite tricky for team Australia. It was hard to chase score 352 .India managed to do “All out” even the shocking change was at the  last ball catch with changed the whole game.

Chahal followed up on his good show against South Africa with two wickets against Australia in India’s second match which they won by 36 runs in London to move up to 3rd place in the points table.

BATTING :-After opting to bat first, India rode on a stupendous 117 from opener Shikhar Dhawan and useful fifties from Rohit Sharma (57) and Virat Kohli (82), to post the highest total by any team against Australia at World Cups.3 of this batsman proved themselves.

BOWLING:-After that, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah shone with the ball with 3 wickets each while Chahal bagged two as India bowled out Australia for 316 in 50 overs and topped the defending champions from third place in the 10-team points table with 2 wins from as many games

Indian team captain Virat Kohli seemed mighty pleased with his team’s performance, especially after Australia beat them 3-2 in an ODI series held earlier this year in India.

After the win, Kohli said that ‘intent right from ball one’ helped them conquer Australia while praising his bowlers for ‘an outstanding effort with the ball’ in the Oval ground.

India will now take on New Zealand on June 13 while Australia next plays Pakistan a day before.
