Mr Javadekar said this while addressing students at the launch of grand finale of Smart India Hackathon 2018 here and also being held at 28 centres across the country. He said that this problem is not a subject of this year’s Smart India Hackathon, but asked students to accept this challenge and work on the solution of full proof examination after this Smart India Hackathon-2018.
“Exam question papers are printed somewhere, got packed at different places and goes to banks and gets distributed to other places. There is a need to make firewalls so that no one can breach the security,” said the HRM.
He said that though we are IT Super Power, but Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter etc are not invented in India although there are Indian brains behind all these innovations. He said that there are many such digital innovations which are wealth creators and India too needs to come out with such innovations. He added that innovation brings sustainable prosperity.
The CBSE announced a retest of the two papers –Class 12th Economics and Class 10th Maths, earlier this week following reports that the papers were leaked but the dates of reschedule are still not declared.
