Delhiites woke up to a cold and misty morning on Friday with shallow fog in the early hours and minimum temperature settling at 6.1 degrees C, three points lesser than normal for the season.
Due to operational reasons and the fog position in the national capital and the NCR region, 16 trains were cancelled, while 20 were delayed, as per the Railways.
Relative humidity at 0830 hrs was pegged at 94 per cent, the weatherman said.
According to the Met official, sky will be clear during the day with maximum temperature expected to hover around 23 degrees C.
On Thursday, the maximum temperature settled at 23.1 degrees C, which was normal for the season.
