The ILO’s (International Labour Organization) annual conference will be held in Geneva, Switzerland from May 28 in which all 187 countries are expected to participate.
According to ILO, the conference will take place from May 28 to June 8 in which labour review of last year and framework for the coming year’s will be prepared.
The conference will include delegates from different governments besides workers and employees.
The role of ILO will be discussed in detail in achieving sustainable development goals in the conference.
All participants will specially discuss on the strategic objective of social dialogue and tripartism, under the follow-up to the ILO Declaration on Social Justice for a Fair Globalization, 2008.
A report on the Women’s Centenary Initiative will also be presented.
